Full All-Inclusive 13 Day Itinerary
From October 1st through the 13th
DAY 1 - Saturday October 1st
ARRIVE IN PORTO
Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Check-in at 3PM and you can leave your bags at hotel if arriving before to enjoy the City of Porto. At 7PM at the Hotel we will have a brief “Orientation and welcome cocktail”. Dinner at 8PM at hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 2 - Sunday October 2nd
PORTO
After breakfast, we will walk from hotel to our first Real Estate development under construction (Palatial Home being converted into luxury apartments), which is 400 meters from the Hotel. Then a short walk to the Cathedral of Porto less than 50 meters away. Waiting for us will be “special vehicles” that will provide us with a panoramic view of the historic area of the city of Porto. Followed by another visit to a Real Estate development under construction in Vila Nova de Gaia (another Palatial Home being converted into luxury apartments). The itinerary also includes a visit to “Serra do Pilar”, in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia, located on the left bank of the Douro River. Lunch at exquisite riverfront restaurant in Vila Nova de Gaia. Panoramic walk and visit around downtown Porto. At the end of the day, we will return to the hotel to enjoy the rooftop pool and relax or free time to stay in downtown to visit shops and feel the Porto atmosphere. Dinner at the hotel at 9PM. Accommodation.
DAY 3 - Monday October 3rd
PORTO / PINHÃO / PORTO
After breakfast at 7:45AM we will depart hotel and walk towards São Bento train station which is 12 minutes away. Miradouro train (Turn of the Century Train) leaves at 8:20AM and travel to Pinhão (arrival at 10:45AM). Then traditional lunch at wine estate with enoteca. After lunch there is a Cruise on the Douro River to Pinhão (15:30 to 16:30). After the cruise, we will visit an impressive and renowned wine estate with wine tasting. Return to Porto. Dinner at the hotel at 9PM. Accommodation.
DAY 4 - Tuesday October 4th
MEALHADA and CALDAS DA RAINHA
After breakfast departure towards Mealhada. Lunch at 12:30PM, Roasted Suckling Piglet - “Leitão à Bairrada” - One of the 7 Wonders of Gastronomy in Portugal and famous in this Region of Portugal. At 16:00, visit to Museum and wine tasting of the Region’s sparkling wine “espumante”. In the late afternoon we continue our journey to Caldas da Rainha, with check-in at hotel. Free time to walk around the City with it’s promenades; outdoor cafés and street shops. Dinner at the hotel at 9PM. Accommodation.
DAY 5 - Wednesday October 5th
NAZARÉ / SÃO MARTINHO DO PORTO / ÓBIDOS / CALDAS DA RAINHA
Breakfast and departure towards Nazaré, a typical fishing village, where the white houses, the colorful boats and the fish that dry in the sun stand out... We will have free time to get to know “O Sítio”, from where you will be able to enjoy a fantastic view of Nazaré and the Atlantic Ocean. Followed by visit to Real Estate development under construction. Lunch at restaurant overlooking the bay of São Martinho do Porto. In the afternoon, a visit to the “Buddha Eden Oriental Garden”. At the end of the day, visit Óbidos, a fascinating wall surrounded medieval village with 13th Century castle. Free time to walk through the village or castle walls. Departure towards hotel with free time to explore the quaint City of Caldas da Rainha full of promenades; cafés and outdoor shops. Dinner at hotel at 9PM. Accommodation.
Day 6 - Thursday October 6th
SINTRA / LISBON
After breakfast, departure at 10:00 for Guincho, walk along the beach. Lunch at Restaurant overlooking the beach. In the afternoon, departure towards the village of Sintra to visit The Pena National Palace… A sacred jewel that crowns the Serra de Sintra. The surrounding park, in tune with the palace's magical character, awakens emotions of mystery and discovery. In its nooks and crannies, your eyes will be lost in it’s charm. Departure towards hotel in Lisbon center. Dinner at the hotel at 9PM. Accommodation.
DAY 7 - Friday October 7th
LISBON
Breakfast. Departure to visit Real Estate development under construction by one of the leading property developers in Portugal. Followed by mixer at their headquarters in central Lisbon to get to know all their developments under construction in Lisbon and it’s suburbs; Comporta area in the Alentejo Region (long stretch of white sandy beach, Praia da Comporta, and according to various international publications it is rated as the most chic beach in Europe beating out Greece; Côte d'Azur or even Croatia), as well as in the Algarve. Lunch. At 4PM we leave towards hotel which is just a short distance away from restaurant. Time to refresh as at 6:30PM there is a coffee-break at hotel. At 7PM presentation at hotel with Lawyer to go over entire buying process from A to Z; Golden Visa Residency Program / D7 Visa; Go over buying process for any foreigner wanting to get a mortgage. Dinner at hotel immediately after presentation at 9PM. Accommodation.
DAY 8 - Saturday October 8th
LISBON / CASCAIS
Breakfast. At 9AM we leave hotel in direction of Belém and visit the Belém Tower that was built between 1514 and 1519, National Monument and World Heritage (UNESCO), an identity symbol of the city of Lisbon and Portugal in the world, it is historically and artistically associated with the Jerónimos Monastery and the Portuguese Discoveries. Also visit to Jerónimos Monastery classified as a National Monument in 1907 and inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1983. Then, we will continue our journey along the waterfront, admiring the beautiful beaches, with their restaurants, terraces and French Riviera-style mansions. Lunch in Cascais. Pleasant panoramic walk enjoying Cascais and at 4PM we will leave to return to the hotel. At 7PM departure from the hotel for dinner. At 7:30PM dinner with live Fado music in restaurant in “Chiado” neighborhood. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 9 - Sunday October 9th
ÉVORA / ALGARVE
Breakfast. Departure at 9AM towards one of the most iconic wine estates in Portugal, in the Alentejo Region, to visit their wine cellar and learn about the institution; wine making legacy and of course a visit without a wine tasting just simply would not be a visit… Be ready to buy your wine to bring home with you!!! Then lunch in the city center of Évora. After a typical and delicious Alentejano meal we will enjoy a panoramic walk and view of Évora. We continue our journey towards Vilamoura, located in the Algarve region. Arrival at beachfront hotel with free time to enjoy the hotel pool or beach. Dinner at the hotel at 9PM. Accommodation.
DAY 10 - Monday October 10th
ALGARVE
After breakfast, departure to visit Real Estate developments with leading property developer in Portugal. Lunch at 1PM in Albufeira. In the afternoon, visit to Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in Portugal’s “golden triangle” area with it’s luxurious villas; hotels and golf courses. Return to the hotel with free time to enjoy the hotel pool or beach. Dinner at 9PM. Accommodation.
DAY 11 - Tuesday October 11th
ALGARVE
Breakfast. Departure towards Lagos for panoramic walking trip of the City and followed by lunch. In the afternoon we will visit Alvor briefly, a small fishing village, and then we head to the Portimão marina to embark and enjoy a magnificent boat trip through the waters of the Algarve with a visit to Benagil and other caves on the Algarve Rock coastline. Return to the hotel with free time to enjoy the hotel pool or beach. Dinner at hotel at 9PM. Accommodation.
DAY 12 - Wednesday October 12th
ALGARVE / LISBON
Breakfast, departure towards Lisbon at 10:30AM. Check in at hotel close to airport. Lunch at family restaurant in Lisbon City center to enjoy a little taste of the “Minhoto” cuisine. Free afternoon to walk around Lisbon full of it’s outdoor promenades / cafes and street shops for souvenir shopping on your last night in Portugal. Dinner is on your own if you like and we can accommodate any request and reserve a quiet evening at one of our favorite restaurants with your special one… We can also reserve a favorite restaurant of ours and enjoy our last evening and dinner in Portugal together as a group. Accommodation.
DAY 13 - Thursday October 13th
Breakfast. End of trade mission. Return home or continue on your travels. Everyone will arrange and schedule their own transportation either by shuttle or UBER / Taxi to airport.
