Full All-Inclusive 8 Days / 7 nights itinerary
❖ DAY 1 - Sunday June 2nd
ARRIVE IN PORTO
Arrival at the airport in morning and transfer to the hotel.
Check-in is only at 2PM and you can leave your bags at hotel Pestana Porto - A Brasileira, and so you can freely discover the City of Porto on your own.
At 5PM at the hotel we will have a brief orientation and welcome cocktail with invited lawyer to go over the buying and residency process; accountant; loan Broker; currency exchange broker; developers; insurance broker; and architect.
Dinner at hotel afterwards and accommodation.
❖ DAY 2 - Monday June 3rd
PORTO
We will be checking out of hotel and leaving our bags at the front desk, as they will be transported to bus, and waiting for us later when we board to Vila Nova de Cerveira.
After breakfast at hotel waiting for us will be “special vehicles (electric vintage cars)” from Old Car Porto that will provide us with a panoramic view of the downtown historic area of the City of Porto.
Visit our first Real Estate development under construction Marquesa Palace (Palatial Home that will be completely renovated and converted into luxury apartments).
We will walk over the emblematic iron Bridge Luís I into Vila Nova de Gaia and visit Fervença Palace(Palatial Home converted into luxury apartments).
The itinerary also includes a visit to the postcard viewing point Serra do Pilar, in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia, located on the left bank of the Douro River.
Lunch at the exquisite riverfront restaurant Uva by Calém.
Another visit to real estate in downtown Porto, and a panoramic walking tour of the exclusive Foz do Douro neighborhood.
Bus ride to Vila Nova de Cerveira in the Minho Region, where we will be staying the next 6 nights at Inatel Cerveira. Dinner at hotel and accommodation.
❖ DAY 3 - Tuesday June 4th
VILA NOVA DE CERVEIRA / SANTA TECLA / BAIONA / VIGO / VILA NOVA DE CERVEIRA
Visit to Monte Santa Tecla in La Guardia - Spain.
Lunch at a local waterfront restaurant Roca Mar.
Return to Vila Nova de Cerveira. Dinner at typical local restaurant Adega Chamosinhos. Accommodation.
❖ DAY 4 - Wednesday June 5th
VILA NOVA DE CERVEIRA / PONTE DE LIMA / GUIMARÃES / BRAGA / VILA NOVA DE CERVEIRA
Panoramic walking tour of Ponte de Lima, the oldest village in Portugal.
Panoramic walking tour of Guimarães, the birthplace of Portugal. Lunch at a Local Restaurant Histórico by Papaboa.
Catch a ride on the oldest funicular in the world powered by water counterbalancing, The Bom Jesus do Monte Funicular and visit The Bom Jesus viewing point, and panoramic tour of Braga, the 2nd largest City in North Portugal.
Return to Vila Nova de Cerveira. Dinner at hotel and Accommodation.
❖ DAY 5 - Thursday June 6th
VILA NOVA DE CERVEIRA / MONÇÃO / MELGAÇO / ARCOS DE VALDEVEZ / VILA NOVA DE CERVEIRA
Visit Brejoeira Palace - Monumental Palace built in 1834, with guided visit of palace; gardens; forest and wine cellar… And a visit would not be complete without tasting their delicious Alvarinho nectar.
Lunch at a Typical Local Restaurant Tasquinha da Portela.
Panoramic tour of the Peneda Gerês National Park and visit to Sanctuary Nossa Senhora de Peneda.
Return to Vila Nova de Cerveira. Dinner at hotel and Accommodation.
❖ DAY 6 - Friday June 7th
VILA NOVA DE CERVEIRA / CAMINHA / VALENÇA / VILA NOVA DE CERVEIRA
Panoramic walking tour of Vila Nova de Cerveira. Visit to viewing point of O Cervo.
Lunch at local restaurant Casa das Velhas with panoramic view of the Minho River and mountainous countryside of Vila Nova de Cerveira and Spain.
Return to Vila Nova de Cerveira.
Dinner at hotel and Accommodation.
❖ DAY 7 - Saturday June 8th
VILA NOVA DE CERVEIRA / VIANA DO CASTELO / SANTA LUZIA / VILA NOVA DE CERVEIRA
Panoramic walking tour of Viana do Castelo, one of the most beautiful Cities in Northern Portugal, with a visit to Monte Santa Luzia viewing point with its privileged geographical situation it offers a panoramic view of the City, next to the sea and the mouth of the river Lima.
Visit VianaParc and meet with the builder of this luxury development under construction.
Return to Vila Nova de Cerveira. Thematic dinner with Folklore Dance and Music. Accommodation.
❖ DAY 8 - Sunday June 9th
VILA NOVA DE CERVEIRA / PORTO
Time to say goodbye to everyone, and wish you safe travels back home, or on your continued visit in Portugal.
If you are flying out this day, as most transatlantic flights are early in the morning, you will need to let us know in advance to make arrangements for you, as transfer to Porto will leave at 11AM from Vila Nova de Cerveira.
If you would like to visit other points of interest such as the Douro Valley or regions such as the Silver Coast; Lisbon or Algarve, our travel partner can help you with separate itinerary.
